Ok, so I'll lead with the biggie...Anastasia is getting married in August. Yes, this August, and yes to the ho that she cheated on me with. And get this, she tells me and says the kids and me and my gf are invited. Are you fucking kidding me? Why would I want to take my current gf to my ex-partner's wedding? WTF??? And for that matter, why would I want to go myself? Ok, so, me always wanting to be the "better person", came up with a plan. If I could be her photographer or videographer, maybe I could tolerate being there. I love photography. Anyway, I thought this way I would have something I love to do to keep me busy, it would look like I had a reason to be there, and I could visit with some of her family that I haven't seen since the Christmas fiasco. Anywho, so I thought I would ask Anastasia to meet for lunch today (she works fairly close to my office). I thought I could get more details beyond the date, and time, like is there a reception after, where? Then I could ask if she had a photographer or videographer yet. I texted her asking about lunch. She texts back that she was going to take a nap on lunch. Awhile later I texted her asking her to tell me when was good for her. I got nothing. No response. I hearby denounce my idea to be the "better person". I will drop the kids at the courthouse and take them to meet the wedding party, and then she will have to get a family member to transport them to the reception, and I will pick them up when it's over. I've texted her before asking to go out to lunch, and I've asked on the phone when we were arranging a visit for the kids. It wasn't one of those "let's do lunch" things. It was a sincere offer to have lunch and a few times I specified a day. Is she afraid to have lunch with me because she's afraid that she can't resist my smokin' hot, much, much skinnier bod? Yup...I'm goin' with that!
My friend who broke up with her gf got back with her very briefly and have been fighting ever since. I got the whole story last night and she refuses to take my advice to just sit back and chill. If the chick changes her mind about being in a relationship, she will contact you, don't be contacting her because you are at a stalemate until she changes. She just seems to love inciting drama. This has happened more times than I can count.
My gf is all excited about planning a birthday party for me. The big 50. Ughh! The thing I'm really worried about is what if hardly anyone shows up? I'm also dreading all the black balloons and "Over the hill" crap that they are probably going to plaster the office at work in. Come on! I want a rainbow of balloons and color!
Still no child support.
